Go To The Fingerhut.com Webpage, Scroll down to the bottom there will be a list of items to choose from. In the first column is "Request a catalog" hope this helps!

You will know if you get approved when you receive either A: Documentation in the mail or B: a phone call from the credit department

You will either get a denial letter or you will get a letter with the approval with your credit limit and if your credits good it can tell you online in 30 seconds.

On the top of the page, click on My Account. A new page will pop open, scroll down to My Information, and click Update My Information. And update any information you need to. Or call customer service.

You should give them a call just incase. You might not have put the right code for that offer. I did that when I bought my bed...it said it would come with a free bed frame (that holds the mattress). But it never came with it because I didn't put in the right code for that offer. I called them and they took care of it. They sent the frame for free.

I was not approved for the credit line but am still interested in ordering, do I have to pay for everything at time of order or do I still have the option to pay monthly?

I do believe that if you did not get approved for credit that you will have to pay at time of order. At the bottom of page it says monthly payments only with a credit line from CIT or fingerhut. Hope This Helps.
