Are RockBand and Guitar Hero instruments interchangeable?
I have Guitar Hero World tour(drums,guitar,&microphone). If I purchase a Rock Band Game will I be able to play it on my Guitar Hero instruments? I have a WII.

Rock Band 2 will use any of the Guitar hero instruments. For Rock Band 1, only Rock band guitars and drums will work.

The Rock Band Track Packs Volume 1 and 2 are the same as RB1, the other track packs (Classic, Metal, Country) should work like RB2.

This info is regarding the Wii versions only! The PS3 and X360 have different compatibilities.

We own the Rock Band guitar, drums, microphone and guitars and we play it with all of our Guitar Hero and Rock Band games. We have the World Tour game and it plays fine on the Rock Band Instruments.

No, as I was told by the game store that tthe rock band and Fuitar Hero are not compatiable w/ each other
