The back comes up to about 5-6" from your neckline. It has a double layer of fabric sewn into the sides (curving into the back) to give extra support there where it's needed most for the back rolls. Then it's a single layer of fabric down the center of the back. There's an extra layer of fabric sewn into the back of the underarms, also to hold in back rolls.

the back is a scoopneck and pretty high, so not for strappy tanks or lowcut dresses. It does do the job though.

I am a size 6-7 and I got a MED. but it was very tight. That was the main reason I didnt like mine, it's made out of a spandex like matieral that is so clingy and tight u almost cant breath.

I recently purchased this item and received it and wore it already and love it!!!

Below you will find the Sizing Chart that came with the flexees slimmer .
Hopefully this will also help others who is wondering about their size as well.

Based on U.S Women's Dress Sizes

4-6 = S
8-10 = M
12-14 = L
14-16 = XL
18-20 = 2XL
22-24 = 3XL
26-28 = 4XL

*Personally when buying these sort of women under garments. I always buy one size bigger than my regular size.

Plus Size Fit
After reading the reviews, I still have mixed feeling. I want to hear from a plus sized woman. I am a size 22 and have mid section and back buldge that could use this product, but don't want to buy until I hear from someone my size that has purchased THIS product.
