Does it have snaps in crouch area or do you have to undress everytime you need to use the restroom?

No snaps, only a hole in the crouch area. If you buy this, I suggest you don't drink liquids since you will have to undress completely.

No it doesnt snap it has an opening for when you go to the restroom.

Thanks for the question Curious1. While this product does not have a "snap" closure, it does offer a "split" feature for convenience purposes.
