Based on the Kymari jeans I bought, I would guess a 7/8 might fit you because the jeans run large and stretch, plus they're long length which is great for those of us who need a 32" or 33".

Is 36 the waist size or length size on men's pants? I can never remember. But if 36 is the waist size you wear a 16 in women's pants. If 32 is the waist size, you wear a size 12 in women's pants. You can measure yourself by first finding your waist: bend to the side. Measure all the way around yourself where the crease was when you bent over.
With these jeans, you go down one size, so for size 16 you would order a size 13/14 or for size 12 you would order size 9/10. Hope this helps!

I also buy mens jeans size 40x32 I purchased these in sze19/20 they fit great but I'm older (senior) I could have worn size 17/18 easily. When I reorder again that is the size that I will get. These I can wear thermals under in winter easiy.
